Each thumbnail you see on the speed dial is the link to your frequently visited site. It's too bad because it's a pretty implementation and Opera is generally a pleasure to use. The Opera Speed Dial is a set of entries of the sites you frequently visit or installed extensions. This is just a badly thought out way of managing links. Just because I'm at home, that doesn't mean there aren't some work links I need quickly.

While I imagine that a few people want to have separate link collections for different machines, most of us surely want to have access to a common set of links on any device we log into. Now as a philosophical matter, this is crazy. You can add shortcuts to all your fave websites to it, but the speed dials don’t include thumbnail images of. The browser comes with internal and practical improvements. You can still get to Opera's start page by clicking the start page button on the address bar or by.
